The critical path method is one of the oldest and most important techniques used for planning scheduling projects. main objective project management science to determine through a network representation can be determined by many algorithms useful managing, monitoring, controlling time cost an entire project. essential problem in this case that activity durations are uncertain; presents considerable uncertainty because not always easily or accurately estimated. This issue increases need use neutrosophic theory solve problem. Real-world problems characterized lack precision, consistency, completeness. concept sets has been introduced as generalization fuzzy, intuitionistic crisp overcome ambiguity surrounding real-world problems. Truth-, falsity-, indeterminacy-membership functions express elements. study was performed examine event-oriented algorithm determining activity-on-arc networks. estimates presented trapezoidal numbers, score accuracy obtain model An appropriate numerical example then explain proposed method.
